Where to Purchase:
Most items are available through Eurotard.com and SoDanca.com. Additionally, items may be purchased at Brandywine Dance Shoppe and Discount Dance Supply (www.discountdance.com; Discount Code: 47820).
Labeling:
All clothing and shoes must be clearly marked with the student’s name, written only on the inside of the items.
Shoe Fitting:
Parents and guardians are requested to have a faculty member check their dancer’s shoes for proper fit before the student wears them for class.
Hair Guidelines:
Ballet Bun: Secure hair in a tight ponytail with all bangs and fly-aways pulled back using a hair-colored elastic. Wrap the hair into a tight bun using bobby pins and cover with a hair-colored net to secure all fly-aways. Hairspray or gel may be applied as necessary.

Classroom Regulations:
Nail polish and excessively long nails are not permitted.
Jewelry is not allowed, with the exception of small earrings.
Leg warmers and any extra clothing are prohibited during class.
Tights and leotards should be worn without underwear, as they are designed with hygienic features.
Any holes that appear in leotards, tights, or shoes must be mended or replaced promptly. Students will not be permitted to dance in shoes with holes for more than one week.
Students are expected to dress appropriately when arriving at and departing from class and during rehearsals. Dancewear is not considered appropriate attire for the street, and students should wear street clothing over their leotards and/or tights.
Dance shoes must never be worn outside.
Pointe Shoes:
Dancers will be invited to purchase pointe shoes upon demonstrating a strong core, proper body alignment, and technique. Instructions for sewing and care will be provided at the time of the first purchase. Please refrain from sewing pointe shoes until they have been approved by the Artistic Director.
